TNTY is an on-going industry gathering which explores both online and at live events, emerging trends and scenarios we might expect to witness in the next two decades. The lecture and showcase series has been an industry insider’s preview of the future since 1996. The live show was started to engage industry leaders, press, policy makers, VCs, and industry analysts in a longer-range exploration of what lies ahead.

TNTY live shows themselves, took a sabbatical in 2002 while our executive producer Bob Ayres worked on launching and establishing THE TED PRIZE for The TED Conference and for his Board work with the progressive award winning community radio station KVMR-FM in Nevada City, Ca.

During 2008 TNTY will bring back our original TNTY Reception Salons- a “more intimate” by invitation only small cocktail reception. These receptions will be held in private residences and will occur quarterly.

Beginning in the summer of 2009, TNTY will re-launch its San Francisco-based lecture series. Initial topic areas will include “The Future of Advertising” “Clean Energy and Climate Change Technologies”, “The Future of the Home and Green technologies”, and “The Future of Robotics”.
